Fewer Hours Of Sleep Can Make You Look Ugly

​We all know that sleep is an important part of the “be healthy” clause.

But what most people dont really know is that lack of proper sleeping habits can actually make you look less attractive or rather, ugy!

This is according to a new research.

“If someone looks less healthy, you are more likely to withdraw from them,” Tina Sundelin, doctor and lead researcher at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, told The Guardian.

And less and lesser amount of sleep will eventually take you to that point where you are just that attractive.

“If you can see someone hasn’t slept, you’ll have a good idea that they might not be the best person to be around,” she added.

The research which had strangers evaluate the photographs of their test subject saw that all the sleep deprived subjects where considered less attractive.

“An unhealthy-looking face, whether due to sleep deprivation or otherwise, might activate disease-avoiding mechanisms in others,” the researchers said.

“Raters were much more willing tosocialize with someone they considered attractive than someone unattractive, and attractive people looked substantially healthier,” the researchers added.

So if you are like me, who would rather work all night than sleep then please get off that train, I just I did.

If for nothing else, do it because sleep deprivation is not healthy and can do you some serious damage.
