Loosing weight these days is almost as serious as the worship of God. But the truth is, it can become naturally unhealthy as an agenda.
Most people are now making the the whole loose weight regime a “life endangerment” program.
For this lot, food is now the enemy and not their inability to strike a balance between starvation and over eating.
For them loosing weight is simple as starving one’s self.
And here lies the problem. Starvation is naturally unhealthy. Especially when it becomes a lifestyle.
Starvation is dangerous and different from INTERMITTENT FASTING.
With intermittent fasting there comes a period of feasting, when our body is fed with the nutrients it needs.
But with starvation, it is simply a long journey of food deprivation.
For this group of people, loosing weight is not just about becoming or staying healthy.
It is for them, a matter of staying lean or should I say thin?
To be THIN, for them is the agenda.

In other words most people might already be suffering from anorexia without even knowing it.
An unhealthy condition affecting a lot of Nigerian ladies today. Ladies who are always lean and still looking for news ways to get lean.
There is a level of leanness that is unhealthy. Personally, when a lady with nice thick curves suddenly becomes a straight pole, that is definitely unhealthy.
The whole idea of loosing weight is to be healthy. To maintain a healthy profile free from illnesses that overweight could have ascerbated or even brought about.
But when the idea is to get thin and not just get healthy then you are on a perilous road.

When it comes to your weight gain, starving yourself in any way will not help matters but only make them worse.
Eat! But eat in moderation.
Exercise! But not to the point of fatigue.
Loosing weight should not be made into an unhealthy venture and it all depends on you and the choices made.
