Testosterone is the alpha inside of us all (assuming you are a male). The most important male hormone. The hormone that separates the strong from the weak and ultimately men from women.

Testosterone is not just a male thing, it is also produced by females but in lesser quantity.

A terrible decline in can lead to health issues ranging from low sex drive to in men.

So it is very important that we make certain that it does not drop below recommended levels.

And it is up to us to fight this decline by maintaining living standards.

Standards like good foods, and certain abstinence.
